The 26-year-old has been State Duma depute since 2007 and hasn’t been spared the scandals that usually plague beautiful women in politics. In 2008, a Russian paper reported that she was ready to tie the knot with President Putin. He later denied this during a press conference with, guess who….. Silvio Berlusconi.

Ruby Dhalla, Canada
Dr. Dhalla, a chiropractor by profession, is one of the first Sikh women to serve in the Canadian house of commons. In her brief political career, she has managed to embrace a number of controversies. Some of her affairs include allegations of maltreatment from two caretakers employed for her mother and getting her purse snatched in India (and apparently applauding the police for giving the young culprits a sound thrashing). Like most popular women originating from that part of the word, she has also acted in a Bollywood inspired movie but was not satisfied with her shape and later alleged that her images in the posters were ‘doctored’.
